Councillor Richards writes,
'I have lived in Mawsley for nearly 15 years with my wife Eve. We have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I am a retired industrial chemist having spent the major part of my working life with a subsidiary company of Shell Chemicals. After nearly 40 years of living in a village with a growing family and understanding our associated wants and needs my major focus will be working with my fellow councillors in supporting and contributing to make our village a safe, clean, green, interesting, friendly and fun environment for everybody to enjoy.'
