Next council meeting agenda now available!

The agenda for the next council meeting in Mawsley is now available. The meeting is Monday September 26th having postponed during the period of national mourning.

Memorial Garden Dedication and Presentation of the freedom of Mawsley.

On Saturday September 3rd 2022 a service took place in Mawsley to celebrate the dedication of the memorial garden. The garden will now be known as the Leonard Carrington Memorial Garden in memory of a local resident, Corporal Leonard Carrington. As a boy Leonard Carrington lived in Cransley and worked on the farmland that is now Mawsley village.

Leonard Carrington Memorial Garden Dedication

The memorial garden in Mawsley will be renamed the Leonard Carrington Memorial Garden during a dedication service on September 4th starting at 3pm. The service will take place in the garden itself with refreshments available afterwards.
