Beat Bus Surgery- Actions

At the Beat Bus surgery in Mawsley village on 24th August, several residents raised concerns regarding parking issues in the village and worries about emergency vehicles being able to get through if needed.

In response to this I teamed up with Blue Watch from Kettering Fire Station last night to test the situation.

Beat Bus Events in Rothwell and Mawsley

I am going to be holding community surgery events on 24th August 2023 and 5th September 2023.

I will be at Mawsley in the morning, parked at The Centre, Mawsley, approximately 10am until 12 noon.

At the July meeting of Mawsley Parish council it was agreed that the council would provide a grant of £750 to CommMiniBus, towards the administration and set up costs of a new bus route from Mawsley to Northampton.

The next meeting of Mawsley Parish Council will be on Monday July 17th, starting at 7pm in the meeting room at Tcam.

All are welcome to attend, there will be a public session at the start of the meeting for 15 minutes. Each person is welcome to address the council for a maximum of 3 minutes, at the discretion of the Chairman.

Adoption News!

We are delighted to be able to report that we have received paperwork today that shows that North Northants Council have adopted Loddington Way and associated bellmouths. This is something that the parish council and residents have been waiting for a considerable amount of time to see.
